2024 Karz Rod Run & Show - Volunteer Registration

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the upcoming Karz Show event! Our volunteers dedication and support is integral to the success of our event, and we truly appreciate your willingness to contribute your time and energy.

As a volunteer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the event and providing a positive experience for all attendees. Whether you're assisting with parking, registration, vendor support, or the awards ceremony, your efforts will help make the Karz Show a memorable and enjoyable occasion for everyone involved.

Volunteering at the Karz Show is not only a rewarding experience but also an opportunity to be part of a vibrant community of automotive enthusiasts. You'll have the chance to interact with fellow volunteers, vendors, and attendees, while also enjoying the excitement of the event itself.

We will need volunteers for the following:

Friday Evening Vendor Check-In: Volunteers can assist with Friday Evening at the VA from 6:00PM – 9:00PM getting Vendors Checked-In so they can set their booths up.

Friday Evening Registration at Black Tooth Brewery: Volunteers can assist with getting participants registered at the Pre-Registration Party at Black Tooth Brewery.

Parking Assistance: Help direct traffic and guide attendees to designated parking areas to ensure smooth traffic flow and maximize parking efficiency.

Registration and Check-In: Assist with registering participants and checking them in upon arrival, ensuring a seamless process for both pre-registered and day-of registered attendees.

Vendor Assistance: Help direct and assist vendors during load-in and booth setup. This includes checking them in  directing them to their designated booth locations on Friday evening during the Vendor Check-In from 6-9PM or on show day from 7-8AM.

Karz Club Booth: Running the Karz Club booth  - where volunteers can provide event information, answer questions, and assist attendees with any inquiries they may have.

Event Setup and Breakdown: Volunteers can assist with setting up event signage, banners, and other decorations before the event begins, as well as helping with breakdown and cleanup tasks afterward.

Opportunity to Showcase Your Car: As a volunteer, you will have the exclusive opportunity to display your own car in the show! We invite you to showcase your pride and joy alongside other exceptional vehicles at the event. Please fill out the optional Car Details and Build Information if you wish to bring a car to participate when filling out your Vendor Registration paperwork.

2024 Karz Show Volunteer T-Shirt: You will receive a special edition 2024 Karz Show Volunteer T-Shirt to wear during your volunteer shift and as a keepsake of your participation in the event. 

Complimentary Meal Voucher: Enjoy a delicious meal on us with a voucher for one free meal from our selection of food trucks at the event. Indulge in a tasty treat as a well-deserved reward for your hard work.

Drink Vouchers: To keep you refreshed throughout the day, we are providing a drink voucher for you to redeem at our beverage stands as well as water for the entire day. Relax and enjoy a refreshing beverage and keep hydrated on us while you take in the sights and sounds of the show.
