A Look Back at an Incredible Event
Despite an unexpected turn in the weather, the 2024 Karz & Motorcycle Show and Community Event was an overwhelming success! This year’s event saw the highest number of participants and spectators to date, with a record-breaking number of cars in attendance. Additionally, as the first year featuring motorcycles, we were thrilled to have welcomed (insert number) motorcycle participants to the show.
Weather & Online Awards Ceremony
As the event neared its conclusion, we made the difficult but necessary decision to clear the show area just before the Awards Ceremony due to an incoming storm. Our priority was ensuring the safety of all participants and their vehicles. Fortunately, every car made it to safety before the storm hit, bringing heavy rain and even hail to parts of town.
Although we couldn’t hold the ceremony in person, we adapted by hosting an Online Awards Ceremony, where our President, Nicole Murphy, announced each and every winner in a special 20-minute video that aired on our Facebook page just a few short days after the show as well as was posted on our websites main page for the remainder of 2024. In addition, we personally hand-delivered all trophies to their deserving winners, ensuring that everyone was properly recognized for their achievements.
